Holiday Shipping Update

Holiday Shipping Update for our Better Than Black Friday sale! To ensure you receive your orders promptly, please keep the following shipping information in mind:

Black Friday Box orders: Please note that due to high demand and custom production, these orders will begin shipping after December 5th. 

Order Processing:

  • Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Some high-demand items may be pre-orders with a longer processing time of 8-12 business days. If you see your hasn't shipped within our normal time frame, note that it may fall with in our high-demand shipping.

Shipping Methods:

  • Free Shipping: All domestic orders over $60 ship for free via UPS Ground.
  • Standard Shipping: We use USPS and UPS for shipping.
  • Shipping Times: Transit times vary depending on your location, but typically take 3-6 business days after shipment.

Important Notes:

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Carriers may experience delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy:
Holiday Return/Exchange Policy: Starts November 29th, 2024 until January 15th, 2025 for In-Store Return or Exchange. Final sale items include the following: Petey Surprise, Grab Bags, Final Markdowns, & Lagniappe Box.

We will not accept Return/Exchange after January 15th for Holidays transactions and resume our 14 Day Return/Exchange Policy beginning January 16th, 2025.
